What Happens When People Order at McDonald's?

I'm against finding literary symbolism in coincidental events. I just want to know when people order at McDonald's. The only thing I could speculate on is that OJ would order a lot. Cato, who rarely eats breads or fried or fast foods, wasn't a frequent customer of McDonald's. But since he was there with the juice, he ordered a chicken sandwich, french fries and a large orange soda. Oh my God. People go to McDonald's and nonfiction.
