The Diet Pattern

The best diet for humans isn't diet as ass. It's a dietary pattern that's rich in whole plants, fruits and s ande. That is not also excessively high in added purified sugar, salt, fat and alcohol. The same thing wil apply to drinks. Tea is fine, some coffee is fine, but not crazy on the soup that sugar sweetened beverages. Those are thats, those are the rules of the thumb.
