Meditation is based on of being able to look at yourself fairly objectively and ah, without getting dissociated. For some people it has to do with working with body aware ness,. With love, compassion, gratitude, and also with cognitive skill. And so it would depend on where your strength and weaknesses are. We all have weaknesses and we all have strength. So you have to work with the meditative style that is suitable for you.
