A lot of people still feel quite alone in that no one understands us, Griffin says. Prototypes very well, especially in Lean UX agile, letting the developers have ownership of something. It's so much easier to get feedback on it and then, of course, prototype and iterate. You can't just theorize all the time; you need to be doing something all the time.
