The Importance of Dressing Properly

In Poland at the time, people were always tried to dress decently, even if they were poor. When I left prison in the spring of 1983, I was smothered in my old winter clothes which hung off my starved frame like a costume. Some passerby's pointed to me in whistling and whispered, laughing behind my back, calling me a bum. But yeah, I made hope. So that's important.
