How I Learned to Write Romance

I started writing fan fiction when I was about 12 or 13. My mom has always been a really big reader, a romance reader specifically. So if I wanted to read a Danielle Steele or anything like that, I would have to use my allowance and go to the used bookstore. But I didn't come to writing romance as a later in life when I was like in my 30s and I was recovering from surgery and I stumbled upon fan fiction.
