How to Train in the Heat

ITU published a paper yesterday about heat acclimatization and the importance of that. How to train in the heat is for most people really good advice, you need to care pay attention to intensity and over volume because training load or the load on the body at a heat camp is quite high so we actually need to adapt that into your training. The first day it keeps intensity low and the power and pace they just need to what they need to be to be low. You can use a heat jumper before you going to the heat It's a lot of small things you can do and there are protocols available on the internet to make transition to a heat pass quite easy.
