"I think it's a very iterative process of sprinting doing some kind of audit like how long term can I think now," he says. "In order to think long-term you have to know that you're going to be doing the thing in a long time which means you generally have to like doing the thing or to love doing the thing" He adds, "You don't know what you actually like or what to commit yourself to for that."
