Inflation is a metaphysical abstraction, as in the single number jus i doesn't mean anything. You have to distinguish between this idea of deflation as being this of force that acts on everything. If we had sound money, you would expect to see dade inflation - were uctivity is increasing. It's not just that all prices everywhere go down, and then all of a sudden, yore like oshe, we have to fire people because wages are stickylike that's just not how this would happen.
