How to Store Yo-Yos in a Box

Most of my yo-yos are stored in a banker's box. Do you leave them loose in the box or do they have packaging? My dad and I made like three boxes worth from old cigar cases and old scientific boxes that store probably about 25Yo-yos. And if I want to get them out in display then I mean, yeah, I can take up more room,. But I can also pack down my hobby to really a box or a boxing change if I need to.
