The Patient's Heads Jo, Is Unremarkable, Except for the Following
The patient's skin is pale to purple, unmottled, and is motteled kind o over the chest and the abdomen. Extremities appear white and waxy. The patient is not able to follow commands so it is not known if sensation or motor tion is present in any extremity. In all the extremities features no cap re fill and no pulses. Can't find radio pulse. definitely no petal pulses. A previously described stable pelvis is determined to not be stable by sherbert. Sherbert did not palpate or squeeze the pelvis. Instead, as they were looking they noted that the left and right iliat crest did not appear to be like lined up
