Are You Quitting Your Job?
A lot of people are quitting their jobs, a lot is an understatement. According to the us Labor department, four point three million americans voluntarily left their jobs in august. The high number of workers quitting is creating challenges for companies. People between 30 and forty five had the greatest increase in resignation rates. Health care and technology were also more likely to quit their jobs compared to last year.
