The chances are very good that this will end up being drawn out. And then if he is elected, we're going to be facing all these unprecedented questions. I think the prosecution has signaled that they're trying to streamline it and move it quickly. So, you know, there were many more documents that are listed in this indictment. They didn't try to throw every possible thing they could have at the president. It would likely would do so because an off legal counsel memo issued in October 2000 remains executive branch precedent binding on department of justice.
