Is There a UBI or a Job Guarantee?
There's no benefit to framing that as an individual level guarantee and in fact there's sort of intention because if you're really talking about employment sort of tailored to that individual which is likely to be quite different from where the supply constraints in the economy are not everybody is wants to be a child care workers or suited for that kind of employment.
