I think old lama cows make better cheese burghers. Defining finished for us is going to be different than a feed lot. I don't want a, if i got a 12 hundred pound cow, for me, that's too big,. Im, i don't want that. So anything, anything over that 12 hundred mark, i'm really going back and looking like, ok, what is this cow? What has cow eaten? How much extra? How muchextra did i feed here?
