Max Bernier Announces His Candidate in Manitoba

Max Bernier, former Conservative Cabinet Minister in the early Harper days is apparently today, later today going to announce his candidacy. Centre Ice Canadians have said there's got to be room for another party somewhere in the middle of the Conservatives and the Liberals. Fred Delorey is suggesting they just might formally get into an election campaign.
