The way this works is it looks for detecting the avia instructions, which the ecors don't. Some hypervisers can actually pass through those instructions now as well. So it's not actually a good check for whether it's a v m or not. Again, d r m is bad. It's never thought all the way through. It's almost always poorly coated. This is what you get.
