The Three Views of the Torah
There are a few ways to interpret Paul's words on works of the law. The first option, historically, has been to understand it as referring specifically to the Torah. A second view would be this. You can see A. Works minus grace. But you can say any works that a person is going to do, apart from the empowering of God's grace. That's another way of interpreting the text.
