The Holy Spirit Says, "Now You've Invited the Holy Spirit"
The only difficult phase is the beginning. It's almost as if everything you ever did in your entire life will will be in the past now. And now you're going on an adventure unlike anything that you've ever been on before. The holy spirit wastes no time in introducing the practical results of asking him to enter at once his goal replaces yours. This is accomplished very rapidly, but it makes the relationship seem disturbed, disjunctive and even quite distressing. For the relationship as it is is out of line with its own goal and clearly unsuited to the purpose that has been accepted for it by Jesus.
