The challenges I ran into were around the dependencies that we have on other downstream technology to make a client experience really, uh, neat and useful and helpful. authentication and identity management is like often the long pull in the tent that holds the rest of the thing up. So you've got to get that right early on if you want to get away from being just a simple job bot with FAQs and get into personalized conversational AI.
