The Importance of Ambition in Science

I would say most professors are doing the right thing and are trying their best they feel a sense of responsibility but obviously they're humans at the end of the day so there's a spectrum some. A lot of people that are in this field of study just get complacent when they get tenure and they become professors, he says. I think it is a curious model in today's world where you have this job where essentially you have you it's a high-risk opportunity to either become a professor or fail right you either make it or don't.
