Eric Hirschman was the Justice Department bat who told John Eastman to get a good criminal defense lawyer, you're going to need it. He and his deputy Patrick Filbin were willing to assert executive privilege with respect to the ongoing January 6th grand jury because they're loyal little henchmen. They both did it for the purposes of the House investigation.
