How important are communication skills for effective leadership in the current time? And especially, you know, because the role of written communication has changed a lot. I give a coupl f answers. One thing i learn about being apparent is that kids pay attention, not to what you say, but what you do. What i say is not enough to my employees. For instance, i alsi pay close attention to what i do. The more you do the same thing over and over again, you train yourself to behave in a sort of way. So i train myself to always be polite visited to tele marketers. That's important to understand how we communicate.
