What's Going on in Ukraine?
The options at this stage are pretty limited. They can conduct conventional strikes against critical infrastructure, right, things that they haven't hit before. But in many cases higher levels of escalation would probably involve the Russian armed forces either trying to directly level cities like Khadqiv or expanding the escalation dynamic to Europeans in the United States. The destruction of NS1 and NS2 pipelines Nord Stream 1 and NS2 may be a signal that that's just in the end.
