"I feel like I've been kind of naturally going in that direction over the years, but I could probably do a lot more. And I do want to, there's some areas where I need to improve my brain health," he says. "There is not a, there's not an end point. There's not a point where we would say, you know, despite somebody having some significant underlying condition that we can make the brain work better."
