How to Prevent Mass Shootings
The National Association of School Psychologists recommend just looping in teachers and staff. I don't think that active shooter drills, for example, malls or places of employment, will necessarily be very effective,. As an epidemiologist, I'm really thinking on the prevention side of how do we prevent these from happening even in the first place.
