We like think about kind of three ways that marketers can act to help activate a more online and off line conversation. Sometimes it's the targeting. We all know who our target consumer is. But sometimes the consumer who's influencing other people is different than the target consumer. And we've had a number of examples where companies have come to realize the importance, say, of the merchant in the store helping to guide people.
