Why Didn't You Meditate?

I wasn't able to focus as well, even when I was meditating. There's just happy brain chemicals that happen from exercise that don't happen from meditation alone in my experience. The trifecta for me is movement, meditation, and writing of some kind. So I was actually doing all of those things together. And most people who are doing a form of exercise, there is a meditative component to it.
