Is There a Difference Between Natural and Organic Wine?

There's an extremely strict threshold applied to what you can label as an organic wine in the us. It's not enough to just grow it from organically farmed fruit, which is what most people would associate with organics. You also then need to bottle in at a location that certified organica. The criteria requires you to use no sulphur at all in the production of the wine. Ultimately, we don't think it's really in the consumer's best interests ad you tend to get far too much an bottle to bottle a variation.
