I know that it's one of the most well studied supplements. I think creatine is something that omnivores get some of in their diet. And then if you don't eat meat, you're not getting as much. So you can have a better effect of taking creatine than the average omnivore. In terms of like lifting, my understanding is that it increases the ability to gain muscle and maybe helps with muscular endurance in the gym.
