How to Judge a Successful Interview
This is all quite new. So they went live in November. I started training them midway through September. They are not only being five because people changed their minds who were going through the training program. The training program is a full time program for six weeks where they do demo trading as well as I have classroom elements to teach them all the strategies and actually all the mentality and psychology that trading involves. But I'm also assessing them during that period and then once they've finished it, if they passed, then they get offered a contract to start trading,. which started at the beginning of November.
