Are You Using Arbitrum and Optimism?

Arbitrum and optimism are the next generation of blockchains. They're like side chains that can't exist without an L1 to publish to, right? So whereas a side chain is kind of just like a blockchain of its own with its own validator set or depending on how it's run consensus mechanism. These roll ups technically could spin off and become their own L1s. Theoretically, they're kind of like what sort of like block producers basically. Are they decentralized today? Absolutely not. But there's got to be plans to decentralize that over time at least in some way.
