I like a take home for a lot of the reasons that Shirley outlined, but I've also seen it impact the funnel. Even at very senior levels, where the take homes have been very valuable is when I can get them to talk about their own products. And they're usually okay doing that because they said no to the last time consuming option. But then you're judging people based on their experience in your industry and lots of other things that I don't end up finding or very strong signals. Whereas if you get them to have a discussion about their own product, that's way, way more valuable"
