The Importance of Collaboration in a Distributed Environment

Our whole company is in Toronto except for Aston Mateus and two of our sort of growth in marketing people who are in Montreal. So we were able to pull this off because we are really good communicators. We try to gather at least quarterly in person to do creative deep dives, play, go on field trips. And then the other really grounding piece of that development process is which helps us work even though we're not all in the same space every day.
