Our strength will typically pique when weare about 30 to 35, may be forty for some of us. And then it will gradually decline after that point, almost no matter what we do. However, by doing strength training, we can slow that decline. So if we do have a fall, then we're less likely to fracture because the bone has a greater bine mineral density. There's oste stuff going on at a very physiological level, which is quite different between this cardio exercise, and a sort of strength training where i'm just doing this in a very short peariof time.
