The Growth Mind Set

Growth mind set has been a guiding light for me in my career. Every time i've moved in my career, whether it's taking a new step into a new role, or just like, levelling up my skillset. I think the biggest unluck for me has been that no matter how many times ive prove to myself that i can do something,. you're always going to kind of still have that feeling. So really understanding that everyone feels it, that it happens naturally, and you just have to keep proving to yourself that you can accomplish certain things in certain challenges.
