The Gang Initiation Myth

The urban legend is that white people are targeted for gang initiation. The first time it gets written down anyway is with Jews in the 1800s. There's always some sort of other group that is within society, It's always a minority. Oftentimes it is Jews where they're within society, but still other from it and kind of mistrusted.
