Ben: I read this article that i thought was very compelling, and i winked to it in my piece. It's sort of inevitable if you write a post entitled tech and liberty, i read its almost like painfully clachet. We'll put thein show notestha i named pat kurr, wrote a great piece on medium that originallysort of took this tack. Ben: The point of the first amendment is that the government can't arrest you. And then we'v kind of move on to discussing the questions that may or may not apply.
