I'm a Pro Labor President, but I Believe in Rail Workers Strike

Biden tweeted that a rail shutdown would devastate our economy without freight rail. He passed legislation in December to not allow rail workers to strike. This was happening 30 years ago under President Bush in 1991. We can't blame Biden for this entirely.
