Adn minter was walking across tower bridge just to go to a boring meeting. He saw what he thought at first, so he says, was a manikin dummy. And then he realized that it wasn't a tailor's dummy,. It was actually a torso, and a very small torso at that. I mean, the poor man, i think, would say that it had sort of followed him all his life, that he still sees image. Het was a small boy with a personality.
