Multi-Family Investing - What Do You Love Best?

I think there's just this one universal law, whether you believe in the universe or whatever it is, I think both go in hand in hand. For me, if you don't have faith, then you're putting a cap on your happiness, in my opinion. The people I love to do, everyone is space. Like 99% of people I've ever met in the space are like that. It's not just we're not only after money, we get to actually work with our PM to a direct on site and they're working with these residents.
