Introduction

i was having a discussion with elon musk, and we were talking about the role of engineers in warfare. He brought in one of the best engineers at space ex, mister bill riley, to come in and back him up on this stuff. And i'm not saying we didn't do any of it - just saying it turned out to be more interesting than i thought it was going to be. I want to issue a little disclaimer at the outset, i am the worst person in the world to talk to about engineering. If there's any sort of engineering knowledge required in the conversation, on my end, i'm a guy that can't hammer and nail into a board.
