Sofby: Let's talk about the financial context in which many teners of color are building ventures. How does the funding and boot strapping context for those ancburners of color differ? And what ther whath they'r having to do is take a little money from they're regular thther their main income, or their having to, you know, move money from here or there. So i wonder if we can peel back those concepts a bit and think about how they connect two systemic racesm and two institutional barriers.
