The Single Number Is What Gets People's Attention

Last year, the US was only number 12 on the Human Development Index. But this year in the new numbers, it looks like the US has shot up to number four. I think a lot of nations cutting back on health and education because of their economic problems or whatever. The course of the economic crisis is thrown off these things in a way that's unstable.
