In a foreign city to me, i have to run seven or eight miles. I just feel almost like maybe that's going to be more hard on you. Thet not wi thouh, cause, ye, bon o, you only got three or four long runs. Ten is that can be really horrid. Ats can be a worse training run than a 20 mile training run would be. But is there any way you can do, like, swap it with another we can, cause dos your plan go up and down a bit?
