The Politics of Autocracy

Lorresque: We've got to stop defining the attack on democracy as if it's just Donald Trump. It's hundreds of people just like them in state houses that we've never heard of who are in the majority passing laws, crushing democracy right now. The reason they are suppressing democracy is to push policies that will directly undermine you, and they don't want you and your vote to be able to stop them. They are doing this all for a certain end. And most Americans do not agree with that end. So I think translating is really important to sort of real world issues every day.
