At smaller companies you get a closer representation of what working withn these people that are interviewing, that are anyvi, you might be like than you do at large companies. The large companies is te whole check box or conveya bill process to even get bisquite to and get through it. You have to get through that gauntlet first, before you can, you know, before you then see the real culture of any particular team or or department whe within within a large organization. And so i'm not sure if i buy it, but im the person made a very strong case for that.
