How to Go Public With a Company
The IPO is probably the most challenging, but could be the most rewarding. It means that we're shifting from being a private company to being a public company. The CEO and their leadership team have to go out and sell the concept of the company. Some leaders find it easy to do; others find it exceedingly difficult to do. Once the IPO is executed, you need to continue doing two things: developing the pipeline and focusing on strategy and execution.
