What Is the Worldview of Alexander Dugan?

Alexander dugan was a controversial thinker who is talking effectively about a multi polar world, and russia having a unique destiny within that. He has one of the strangest trajectories in modern politics, or even pop culturee esoteric culture, kind of a straddles all those things.
