The End Game: Coercion or Persuasion

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is trying to get New Yorkers to eat more plant-based foods. The mayor says it's the best way to combat obesity, a problem that he calls "the biggest concern of New York City right now" CNN's John Sutter asks: Is this coercion or persuasion? It sounds like De Blasio wants to turn everybody into vegetarians just for his own political gain and they're not going to be on board with quinoa kale recommendations.
